Vantor in Westminster, CO is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our team. You will manage the software asset lifecycle, maintain records in Ivanti, and coordinate audits.

The role is hybrid with in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays and remote on other days, offering opportunities to partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to improve governance. Candidates should have at least two years in IT/asset mgmt, a relevant degree, and strong Excel/data-analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT or software asset management.
• Experience with Ivanti or similar asset management systems.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software asset lifecycle from request to retirement with governance.
• Maintain asset records including licenses, entitlements and contracts.
• Coordinate license reviews and support audits with stakeholders.
• Monitor license usage and renewals to ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports on license compliance, utilization and risk.
