Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) in Irvine seeks a Software Analyst to own the scoping, documentation, and validation of development work. Business Analysts will also be considered, with a focus on turning vague requests into clear specs for developers and data teams.

The role is hybrid, based in Irvine with two days onsite. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience on onboarding calls, plus baseline SQL familiarity.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a business/systems analyst role focusing on scope and requirements.
• Ability to convert vague asks into clear docs, specs, and testable criteria.
• Some exposure to SQL at a basic query level.
• Strong cross-functional communication and onboarding call experience.
