Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing a brand’s social channels (in-house or agency)

Responsibilities

• Stay close to evolving social behaviors, trends, formats, and opportunities in social.
• Leverage Sprinklr and YouScan to uncover audience, brand, and cultural insights that inspire creative thinking.
• Shape organic social content calendars and briefs and collaborate with creative teams to execute strategies.
• Spot timely cultural moments and conversations our brands can authentically participate in.
• Help develop paid social briefs grounded in audience insights, messaging, placements, and objectives.
• Partner with creative teams from concept through execution, ensuring strategic soundness.
• Lead quarterly organic social reports and listening recaps, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proactively bring social-first ideas to the table, from quick-turn content to activations.
