Larimer County is seeking a Social Caseworker Manager to lead the CYFA Division, supervise intake and ongoing caseworkers, and ensure safety, permanency, and well-being for children and families.

The role requires guiding staff in developing safety and support plans, utilizing data to improve outcomes, and coordinating with partners to provide a continuum of services. Flexibility with hours and a hybrid office schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social work principles and casework supervision.
• Understanding of county/state regulations related to social services.
• Ability to lead, coach, and supervise child welfare staff.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Supervises intake and ongoing child protection caseworkers.
• Sets and maintains quality standards for services.
• Uses data to monitor outcomes and improve practice.
• Provides supervision and coaching for staff developing safety and case plans.
• Oversees ongoing case management for court-involved and non-court-involved cases.
• Collaborates with internal/external partners to coordinate services for families.
• Conducts performance reviews and provides timely feedback to staff.
