We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic staff member to join our Child, Youth, Family & Adult Protective Services (CYFA) Division as a Social Caseworker Manager.
Social Caseworker Managers supervise, train, coach, support, and oversee both Intake and Ongoing Child Protection Caseworkers. This position will help ensure that workers are able to assess for the safety, permanency, and well-being needs of children and their families and create safety and support plans and case plans that will address identified needs.
The schedule varies day to day, and this position is expected to work outside regular business hours as needed.

This is a hybrid position and requires at least one day/week in the office. You must have adequate internet access and space for remote work. Larimer County provides a one-time remote work stipend to assist with equipment and office supply needs for remote workspaces.
