Job summary

Face Reality is seeking an experienced Associate Account Manager to sell our innovative skincare solutions to Acne Experts in a defined territory. The role emphasizes building relationships, driving product adoption, and delivering education on brand protocols.

The position is hybrid, based in San Ramon, CA, with CST hours and a Monday/Friday remote pattern. You will report to the National Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Current Esthetician license.
• 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in aesthetic/beauty.
• Customer-first mindset and professional communication.
• Strong territory management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage Acne Experts in your territory to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Cultivate relationships with skincare professionals and support staff.
• Provide insights to refine sales and marketing strategies based on market needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
