You will work with senior staff and collaborate with platform and operations teams in a hybrid on-site/remote setup. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of cloud platforms, scripting, and containers, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of monitoring, observability, incident response, and automation concepts.
• Exposure to scripting, cloud platforms, or container environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incident management and service restoration activities under supervision.
• Implement and maintain monitoring alerts, dashboards, and operational checks.
• Support basic automation tasks to improve repeatability and reduce manual effort.
• Document runbooks, standard operating procedures, and incident response steps.
• Monitor system health, service availability, and operational events using approved tools.
• Troubleshoot basic reliability and operational issues and escalate complex problems as appropriate.
• Follow established SRE practices, change management requirements, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and operations teams to support service reliability.
