Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical IDD Assessor to join our Maine team. The role involves conducting field-based IDD and SIS assessments, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting related program responsibilities.

This is a hybrid remote position with 75% travel within Hancock County. Competitive pay of $30/hour plus benefits and opportunities for professional development; travel, licensure support, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or Autism.
• Obtain SIS-A certification upon completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments within contract requirements.
• Conduct on-site, video call and/or telephonic assessments to determine needs and eligibility.
• Perform duties in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Travel may be required based on program contract requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
