Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IDD Assessor in Maine to conduct field-based SIS and IDD assessments, ensuring quality and compliance. The role involves 75% travel within Cumberland and York counties and participation in monthly team meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required.
• Obtain SIS-A certification after training.
• Knowledge of medical/behavioral health assessments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments within contract requirements.
• Conduct on-site, video, and telephonic assessments to determine needs and services.
• Perform duties in compliance with Person First, HIPAA, and confidentiality policies.
• Travel may be required based on program contract requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
