Job summary

Ethic Tech LLC is seeking a senior SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support WHS/FSD at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The role combines administration, development, and automation across SharePoint and Microsoft 365, with dashboards and data visualization using Power BI.

A hybrid work setup is offered, with security clearance requirements for DoD/government contexts. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS, 10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on SharePoint work,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• At least 10 years in IT/SharePoint or enterprise systems with hands-on admin experience.
• Experience administering and supporting SharePoint environments and information architecture.
• Hands-on development experience with SharePoint solutions.
• Experience automating business processes with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience creating dashboards and data visuals with Power BI.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps and other systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SharePoint solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Develop, customize, and enhance SharePoint pages, workflows, and forms.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and related 365 tools.
• Develop applications with Power Apps as required.
• Maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to government stakeholders.
