Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Dynamics CRM Technical Product Support Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. The role provides technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues, managing access and security, and maintaining configurations to ensure data quality and stable performance.

You will coordinate testing, provide user guidance and training, and escalate complex issues to developers or Microsoft Support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, retention, sensitivity labels, or records management.
• Basic experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint forms, or workflow documentation.
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform certification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and administer user access and security.
• Maintain system configurations and support data quality.
• Assist with integrations and automated workflows.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance activities for system enhancements.
• Develop documentation and deliver user guidance and training.
• Escalate complex issues to developers, vendors, or Microsoft Support when needed.
• Support day-to-day operations and help ensure reliable system performance.
