TEKsystems is seeking a Dynamics CRM Technical Product Support Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. The role provides technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues, managing access and security, and maintaining configurations to ensure data quality and stable performance.

You will coordinate testing, provide user guidance and training, and escalate complex issues to developers or Microsoft Support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, retention, sensitivity labels, or records management.
• Basic experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint forms, or workflow documentation.
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform certification.

The Dynamics CRM Technical Product Support Specialist provides technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform solutions.

The role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, administering user access and security, maintaining system configurations, supporting data quality, and assisting with integrations and automated workflows.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, the specialist supports day-to-day operations, coordinates testing and user acceptance activities for system enhancements, and helps ensure reliable system performance.

Responsibilities also include developing documentation, delivering user guidance and training, and escalating complex issues to developers, vendors, or Microsoft Support when needed.

Through proactive support, continuous improvement initiatives, and effective problem resolution, this role helps maintain a stable, secure, and user-friendly CRM environment that aligns with business needs and drives user adoption.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
