Job summary

Hall Render, a health care–focused law firm, seeks a Software Engineer in Indianapolis to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions and related applications that boost internal productivity.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, build workflows, forms, and dashboards, and integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services. A 3+ year background in SPFx, Power Platform, REST APIs, and MS SQL is required, with emphasis on security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online preferred).
• Proficiency with SPFx, Power Platform, REST APIs, and MS SQL.
• Experience with document management systems and legal compliance standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and dashboards to streamline business processes.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for in-house solutions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with firm policies and legal standards.
• Participate in Git workflow, code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
