Aufgaben

• Schedule Zoom meetings for Senate committees and manage links.
• Provide logistical and technical support during hybrid committee meetings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues for members, staff, presenters, and the public.
• Manage multiple applications during fast-paced meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service to Senators, staff, and the public.
• Update the meeting tracking application and communicate progress.
• Assist in facilitating public testimony at hearings.
• Write and edit administrative correspondence clearly and concisely.
• Develop understanding of the legislative process and procedures.
• Communicate with colleagues to share information and support.
