Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, FSO, Flow Designer, ITOM, or CSM.
• Must possess the ability to adapt to change and demonstrate problem analysis skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support and guide junior developers through knowledge sharing.
