Job summary

You will work in a collaborative Agile environment and maintain integrations across various modules. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule, with on-site days expected in Newark, OH. A minimum of 40 hours per week is required, aligning with standard office hours of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
• Perform code reviews and support CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements.
• Monitor and support the ServiceNow platform for performance.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service.
