Job summary

Centella in South Florida seeks a Service Support Specialist to handle service calls, manage the main inbox, and coordinate PMs and maintenance with engineers. You’ll ensure accurate quotes, parts tracking, and timely customer updates while supporting after-hours calls.

The role requires 1–3 years in service coordination, strong MS Office skills, and ERP/CRM experience within healthcare or technical services. Hybrid office presence in Miami area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in service coordination, inventory management, or related operational support.
• Experience in service-oriented environments, healthcare or field service is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to service calls and requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and manage the main service email inbox and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and customer appointments.
• Coordinate technician calendars and service priorities for efficiency.
• Assist with ordering, tracking, and expediting parts and supplies.
• Provide accurate service quotes and follow up with clients.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Assist with work order auditing and resolution of discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly with customers via in-person, phone, or email to ensure satisfaction.
• Support Operations and Service Support Managers on special projects.
