The role involves managing Active Directory/Entra ID, VM hosting, and endpoint protection, with hybrid work and collaboration across IT teams to deliver cost-effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows server infrastructure and security.
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID and backups.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee server infrastructure operation and security objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and design server-related activities.
• Lead desktop support and provisioning processes.
• Manage VOIP, call center software, and related services.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments for services.
