Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s study preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in learning programs or training operations with program management.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multi-workstream programs.
• Experience coordinating with clients and City agencies.
• Experience with instructional design, adult learning, and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of the training program across a portfolio, aligning with goals and city needs.
• Manage instructional design projects to ANSI/IACET standards.
• Implement and maintain program-level standards, processes, and procedures.
• Supervise Program Managers, Coordinator, and LMS Administrator.
• Manage vendor selection and external training partnerships.
• Coordinate training events and operational logistics.
• Ensure LMS operations and accreditation compliance.
