Job summary

GT’s Living Foods is seeking a Senior Trade Finance Analyst in Vernon, CA, to manage trade investments and support monthly closes. You’ll partner with Sales, RGM, Commercial Finance, Accounting, Insights, and IT to ensure accurate planning, approval, and reconciliation of customer programs.

Responsibilities include analyzing trade spend, accruals, deductions, and promotional performance, while serving as the Promo Planner super-user to drive governance and data quality. Hybrid work from LA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Accounting, Commercial Finance, RGM, Insights, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own trade-related activities within the monthly close calendar, including trade and deduction analysis and variance investigation.
• Track trade investment against plan, commitments, and targets; identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly trade reporting and communicate drivers to partners.
• Administer Promo Planner; governance, user support, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate, timely entry of programs and investments.
