Job summary

Nationwide Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Service in Columbus, OH, with 2–3 years RP Operations experience. You will support plan sponsors, TPAs, and PPAs, manage client relationships, and handle complex servicing tasks across payroll, tax reporting, and plan administration.

Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days in office, 3 days remote, with potential consideration for Scottsdale or internal remote candidates.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of RP Operations experience.
• Experience with SS&C/TRAC record-keeping platform.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Writes and maintains processes to support plan sponsors and administrators.
• Communicates with plan sponsors, IP, TPA and PPA regarding qualified retirement plans.
• Manages relationships with clients and identifies service requirements.
• Uploads participant vesting files and processes reconciliations.
• Responds to emails and routes inquiries to the appropriate location.
• Supports payroll, billing, audits, and tax reporting tasks.
• Assists with front-line staff on Nationwide websites and applications.
