The role requires 4–6 years of accounting experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in accounting, finance or business administration; accounting major and degree preferred.
• Progress toward CPA preferred.
• Four to six years of related accounting experience; insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and design of new and enhanced systems and processes.
• Prepare and analyze the most complex pro forma financial data for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare complex financial information for internal and external auditors and regulators.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports and data provided to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and leadership on accounting policies and procedures.
