Job summary

Outdoor Living Supply is seeking a Senior Accountant to support multistate sales and use tax compliance, business licensing, and real estate tax administration. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role partners with Avalara, Treasury, A/P, A/R, and branch teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely filings, and complete documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of accounting experience, including multistate tax, strong Excel skills, and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in multistate sales and use tax compliance.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, and tax processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized tax filings calendar across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with Avalara for accurate and timely tax filings and registrations.
• Review return data, codes, and rates; coordinate payments with Treasury.
