Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced Structural Senior Project Manager (PE) to lead structural engineering design, project delivery, and client development. You will mentor engineers, oversee QA/QC, and ensure compliance with IBC, AISC, and ACI while coordinating with architects and contractors.

This role offers growth toward leadership in the structural engineering department and requires active PE, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with emphasis on structures.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years structural engineering design experience.
• Experience managing multiple structural projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction document production and QA/QC.
• Familiarity with IBC, AISC, and ACI building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for assigned projects, including complex structures.
• Oversee analysis, design, and construction document prep.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients and teams.
• Prepare and present structural fee proposals.
• Develop new client relationships and support business development.
