Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a senior procurement professional to drive sourcing strategies, manage bids, negotiate high‑value contracts, and improve supplier performance for the Gas & Building Services team. You will lead cross‑functional sourcing efforts and apply best practices to deliver value and compliance.

This role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and the ability to guide partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of related experience
• Experience in strategic sourcing / procurement including contracts
• C.P.M., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP desirable

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional sourcing through supplier evaluation and contract implementation.
• Lead high-complexity RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliance and value.
