Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of experience in corporate or mixed public/accounting settings, with strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment or a mix of public and corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Maintain general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Month-End Close: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Account Reconciliations: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Accounting Operations: Support daily accounting activities, internal controls, and financial processes across operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
