• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or progress toward licensure is required.
• 3+ years of general accounting, financial operations, or audit experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting; public accounting or consulting preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and accounting software; QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Manage general ledger activities and balance sheet schedules.
• Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and coordinate monthly close.
• Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Client Management: Communicate with clients and provide financial information and operational support.
• Process Improvement: Identify accounting discrepancies, implement internal controls, and improve reporting processes.
