Tax Advisors Group (TAG) in Dallas is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer, Data & AI to design modern data platforms, develop AI-powered applications, and enable scalable data solutions.

You will collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into repeatable datasets, deliver automation code, and ensure data quality for business insights. This hybrid role requires 5+ years in software development with AI experience and Azure expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with data architecture design.
• Proficient in C#, SQL, and Python with application architecture ownership.
• Experience using AI to accelerate development and AI data structuring.
• Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; well-developed analytical skills.
• Dallas, TX based with some remote work.
• Ability to travel little to none.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP, Technology to design data architecture.
• Translate business requirements into reusable analytical datasets.
• Deliver code for automation and predictive analytics.
• Ensure high data quality for business users.
• Troubleshoot and maintain code.
