AT&T is seeking an experienced Lead Data/AI Engineer in Dallas to architect, develop, and productionize AI/ML capabilities transforming enterprise data into predictive insights. You will lead the design of data pipelines, semantic models, and scalable decision solutions using Python, SQL, and modern data platforms.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Azure, MLflow, and API development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Python and SQL, and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with Azure ML, MLflow, API development, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to mentor analysts and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML capabilities for predictive insights and decision support.
• Develop generative AI solutions and evaluation standards for accuracy, relevance, and value.
• Build reusable data pipelines, analytical models, and governed data products on Python, SQL, Snowflake/Databricks.
• Create AI platform services for deployment, monitoring, and scale including CI/CD and observability.
• Collaborate with business, data, cloud, security, and architecture teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
