Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Scientist for MSAT - Emerging Technologies in Spring House, PA. This hybrid role focuses on implementing new manufacturing methods and PAT sensors to enable next-generation biopharmaceuticals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive real-time analytics and process control. You will lead lab-scale research on PAT and data analytics, with opportunities to scale to manufacturing while collaborating with R&D and commercial partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
• ≥4 years of relevant work experience, including lab research.
• Experience with analytics to draw conclusions from data.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new manufacturing methods and PAT sensors in a lab setting.
• Lead projects for implementation in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with MSAT and R&D teams across functions.
• Develop strategies for next-generation manufacturing.
