Job summary

Marsh’s Risk is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Strategies practice in Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role partners with clients to evaluate safety programs, identify risk exposures, and develop practical strategies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

This hands-on, client-facing role involves casualty risk control, occupational health and safety, and frequent collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• ASP or CSP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in safety management systems.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and program management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work with clients onsite.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety assessments and risk evaluations across client sites.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends and root causes and implement interventions.
• Design and deliver safety trainings for client teams and leaders.
• Provide regulatory and technical support during inspections and audits.
• Manage multiple consulting projects, timelines, and client relationships.
