Marsh is seeking a Senior Safety and Industrial Hygiene Consultant in a hybrid role with travel up to 60%. You will assess client safety programs, identify risks, and develop practical, regulatory-aligned strategies.

You will train client teams, support inspections, and manage projects from initiation to completion, building durable client relationships. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of experience, a relevant degree, and professional certifications such as ASP/CSP/CIH.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, or CIH preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in safety management systems and consulting.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety and industrial hygiene assessments across client sites.
• Develop practical controls and recommendations aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Design and deliver safety and IH training for client teams.
• Support OSHA inspections, audits, and client assessments with actionable reports.
• Manage multiple consulting projects and client relationships to drive value.
