Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Senior Replenishment Planner to supervise replenishment activities, lead cross-department projects, and optimize inventory and in-stock performance across divisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement.

You will manage vendor collaboration, forecast accuracy, and perishable inventory, while supporting the team through training and mentorship. Hybrid in-office schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum four years in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Product or Category Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google applications; strong analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Release Purchase Orders and replenish high-value items for customers.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of Replenishment Planners to meet PO accuracy and service levels.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and mentor team members; cover supervisor when needed.
• Analyze data to improve Forecasting and Replenishment processes.
