Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides proactive regulatory legal advice to NiSource and affiliates.
• Manages complex regulatory matters before multiple PSCs and FERC.
• Travel to MD/VA/PA/DC as required for regulatory work.
• Retains and supervises outside counsel on select matters.
• Reviews, revises, and negotiates legal documents and contracts.
• Supports training and updates for clients on regulatory issues.
