Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience with student information systems (My.Harvard), FERPA, and academic policy administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals with accountability and adaptability.
• Build partnerships with departmental academic administrators and coordinate registration and degree progress.
• Develop enrollment reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Standardize service practices and improve student-facing processes.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and cross-office initiatives.
