Segra is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager to join as a full-time member in a hybrid role based in Greenville. You will manage the launch and lifecycle of multiple telecom projects, coordinating across Segra’s teams and customers to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

You will act as the primary liaison through all project phases and mentor junior project managers. The position combines technical and business skills in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with PM/PMP credentials or equivalent PM experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Project management experience required.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Serve as the liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and communicate with internal teams.
• Mentor and train junior project managers to develop internal capabilities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with Project Management/PMP credentials desired
