Segra is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The position requires three in-office days and two remote days per week and involves leading project launches and lifecycle activities.

You will coordinate between Segra and customers across all implementation phases, ensuring timely delivery, strong communication, and customer satisfaction while mentoring junior project managers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with PM/ PMP credentials desired and/or equivalent PM experience (4 years).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Act as liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and proactively communicate across organizations.
• Mentor and assist in training Junior Project Managers.
