New Honor Society is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end client initiatives in a hybrid work setting. You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, collaborating with account and creative leads to drive successful outcomes.

You will shape the PMO practice during a period of transformation, mentoring team members and establishing best practices as we transition to Adobe Workfront. Strong communication and multi-project leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience in advertising/production preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience with Enterprise PMO tools, especially Adobe Workfront.
• Strong understanding of production-related projects (digital, social, print, broadcast, integrated content).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project intake and develop detailed plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for large-scale projects.
• Monitor budgets and communicate scope changes and impact throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, tracking status and dependencies.
• Coordinate resource allocations across projects and balance workloads with leadership.
• Lead kickoff meetings and regular check-ins, communicating timelines across teams.
• Review deliverables for scope adherence and feasibility of creative concepts.
• Cultivate partnerships with external vendors from engagement to delivery.
• Run weekly status and staffing meetings, rebalancing resources as priorities shift.
• Mentor junior and mid-level PMs to support professional growth.
• Maintain accurate project documentation in agency systems and processes.
