Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years project coordination advertising experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive/helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job flow/creative process within the Agency in an organized and efficient manner, including opening job numbers and setting up job sites on SharePoint.
• Schedule and attend start-up and internal review meetings; develop timelines with input from relevant departments.
• Monitor timelines and alert team of due dates; ensure color breaks and spec sheets are developed on time.
• Manage junior PMs: review timesheets, prepare for regulatory submissions, run status meetings.
• Attend client status meetings; maintain daily/nightly status reports and open communication with Account Services.
