Job summary

UL Solutions in Raleigh is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to help clients navigate international product safety and market access. The role coordinates testing, manages project scope, and supports customers and sales teams in a fast-paced, global context.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work 3 days a week, with travel as needed for witness testing and industry events. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of directly related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage programs with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead to plan and define scope for basic projects.
• Coordinate lab activities, schedule testing, and review work to meet dates.
• Support customers in-lab interactions with staff and testing setup.
• Communicate project status and certification requirements clearly.
• Assist sales in defining project specifications: cost, time, samples.
