You will manage project costs, schedule status, and build schedules while collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in scheduling and construction projects exceeding $25M. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a salary range of $101,600.00 to $146,000.00, commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
• 5+ years experience with cost, schedule, and a background in Construction, including complex projects, $25M and above.
• Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and communicate budget and actual status for projects.
• Create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status.
• Develop and maintain productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team.
