Jacobs is actively seeking a Project Controls Analyst to strengthen its Project Management Team in California, specifically for projects in the San Ramon, Oakland, San Jose, or Monterey areas. The selected candidate will bring 3-4 years of scheduling experience, particularly with complex projects, alongside proficiency in P6 analysis. The position offers a competitive salary range of $89,100 to $119,000, reflecting the skills and contributions of the analyst.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of scheduling experience required.
• Experience on complex construction projects $25M and above is necessary.
• Must be adept at building schedules from scratch and explaining variances.

Responsibilities

• Manage client interface, updates, and presentations at all levels.
• Partner with Project Managers on project costs and risks.
• Monitor and communicate budget and forecast costs/labor hours.
• Create status reports for clients and internally.
• Build and manage project schedules in coordination with teams.
