Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst in Fremont, CA, to join their Project Management Team. You will manage project costs, schedule status, and build schedules while collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in scheduling and construction projects exceeding $25M. Using your expertise, you’ll create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path. Additionally, there will be opportunities to develop and maintain productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team. Requirements

• 5+ years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
• 5+ years experience with cost, schedule and a background in Construction, including complex projects, $25M and above
• Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams—engineering, project management, and construction
• Ability to explain variances, delays and track and monitor contractor schedules
• Cost Analysis and SAP experience is a bonus

Location

Must be local to the Bay Area, to go to the office on a Hybrid work schedule.

The base salary range for this position is $101,600.00 to $146,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
