Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience in Power Query.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Management of all funded projects post-award responsibilities including reconciliation, amendments, continuations, modifications, payment requests, reimbursements, and purchases.
• Pre-award submissions.
• Management of the TMSIS Recharge and Core Account.
• Attend regular team project meetings.
• Lead monthly PI meetings to review project timelines and expenses.
• Manage the aging report and project close-out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
