Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience with software development and delivery at scale.
• Proven understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and reporting to executives.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Google Drive and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic cross-regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop program plans and timelines.
• Partner with Product Management and Senior Leadership to drive programs.
• Translate strategy into tactical execution plans and manage dependencies.
• Communicate status, issues, and risks to leadership and teams.
• Lead continuous improvement to optimize productivity and processes.
