Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington seeks an experienced administrator to coordinate the Water Supply Division’s Technical Review and Oversight Team (TROT) activities at TCEQ. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience in administrative support, business administration, data analysis, or project management OR seven years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality control and oversight to exception request submittals.
• Examines and enters projects into the Water Utilities Database (WUD) and Teams Planner Application in accordance with standard procedures and in a timely manner; prepares digital submittal files for review by technical staff.
• Develops processes to meet TCEQ response requirements and coordinates and organizes team activities and meetings to support the Team Leader; produces weekly project spreadsheets and other weekly data reports; maintains team templates and guidance documents and ensures accessibility of documents.
• Responds to regulated community correspondence using standard operating procedures and independent judgement.
• Develops and maintains team databases to include frequently asked questions and response templates.
• Develops and maintains digital training guidance materials for staff.
• Coordinates the Team’s Project Timeframe Tracking (PTT) reporting (project accounting).
• Performs other duties assigned.
