Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Product Management professional near New York City to oversee lifecycle management, demand planning, and supply coordination for a multi-product portfolio. You will serve as the key liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Planning, and Customer Service to align priorities with market opportunities.

Responsibilities include guiding product registrations, commercialization, and lifecycle activities, while maintaining inventory health and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across Japanese American cultural lines.
• Ability to analyze sales information: quantity, revenue, price, and gross margin.
• Data management and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams: Sales, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service & Logistics.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ability to perform customer/prospect presentations on products and services.
• Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product lifecycle activities across departments: Sales, Technical, Product Development, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Own demand planning and coordinate supply for domestic and export customers.
• Serve as the primary commercial interface with the plant and manufacturing organization for all product lines.
• Own inventory levels and master data management to support customer service and reduce obsolescence.
• Lead Customer Service execution, including staffing, workload, performance, and escalation handling.
