Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Product Manager to own lifecycle management, NPRs, and commercialization across multiple business units. You will coordinate Sales, Technical, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing and Operations to develop, launch, supply, and rationalize products.

This role also drives demand planning, inventory controls, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs. The position is based 30 minutes north of New York City with a hybrid work arrangement from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical-related business is preferred.
• Direct customer experience required.
• Must be in current position a minimum of 6 months.
• Ability to analyze sales data (historical, forecast and budget).
• Strong communication and presentations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product portfolio priorities, NPR and new product registration.
• Coordinate sales, technical, product development, purchasing, planning, manufacturing and operations.
• Align product plans with customer requirements, market opportunities and growth priorities.
• Own demand planning and monitor production schedules, inventory and supply constraints.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of issues affecting customers.
