Job summary

Guardian Protection Products is seeking a Product Manager to plan, organize, and control a product line from concept through lifecycle to maximize profit and growth. You will collaborate across sales, engineering, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to define product requirements aligned with customer needs.

The role is hybrid, requiring occasional travel. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience are expected; CAD and SAP familiarity is a plus, with strong data analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years related experience.
• Proficiency in MS 365 Suite and data analysis with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Market intelligence: conduct customer interviews and surveys, competitive analysis, and trade organization participation.
• Lifecycle management: manage SKU structure, forecasting, and market analysis; support field and sales.
• New product development: create product charters, manage development, and orchestrate launches.
• Strategy development: develop pricing strategies and identify growth opportunities within product segments.
