Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytical work experience in data analytics or BI.
• Experience in personal/commercial lines pricing/product or related analytics.
• Strong ability to develop insights to drive business outcomes.
• Proficient with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive deep product insights and enhance analytical capabilities to guide decisions.
• Support state-specific profitability strategies with market intelligence.
• Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Actuarial, and Claims to implement changes.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for product design and pricing.
• Monitor rate revisions, new products, and performance metrics across states.
